Return Policy
Order Cancellation
We allow you to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact us via email with your order information and the reason for the cancellation. Our customer service team will review your request and confirm the cancellation.
Please note: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
Returns
We accept product returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unworn and include the original labels.
The product must be in its original, undamaged box.
The product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
Worn, used, altered, or damaged merchandise will not be accepted.
Please note: Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs.
To expedite your return, please provide visual evidence (such as photos or videos) of the product.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
Contact your bank for possible delays in processing.
