Cancel order:
We allow you to cancel your order within 12 hours after you placed your order. In this case, if you want to cancel your order. Please contact us via email (support@sassycarry.com) with your order information and the reason for wanting to cancel your order. The customer service will reply and cancel the order for you.

Shipping and Delivery Information
Delivery Times During High Season and Sales Please note that during high season or sales periods, delivery may take a little longer than usual.
Standard and Express Delivery We offer express delivery (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays) for orders placed before 19:30 (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time will be delivered within two days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Customs Fees and Import Duties Your package may be subject to customs fees and import duties depending on the country where the order is shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. These fees cannot be determined during the checkout process, and Sassy Carry Shop does not have control over them.
International Shipping & Delivery Times In most cases, international shipping takes 10-15 days. We ship via trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, and EMS. Upon arrival in your country, the package is handed to your local post office for final delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Customs Charges and Refused Packages Please do not refuse the package due to customs or taxes charges when the item is delivered. The carrier will not return the items to us unless these fees are paid. If the fees remain unpaid, the package will be abandoned in customs, and we will not be able to issue a refund for the order.
Incorrect or Missing Address Information Orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information are non-refundable. If this happens, we are happy to re-ship the order to the correct address, but please note that additional shipping charges will apply.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic tracking code via email. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the tracking information to update after receiving the shipment notification.
